Watson, Hopkins back at it again in Houston's 20-13 win over Buffalo

The Clemson Connection of Deshaun Watson and Nuk Hopkins hooked up several times on Sunday, including a 13-yard touchdown strike in the first half.

The former Tigers had a little help late from a former South Carolina Gamecock as Johnathan Joseph returned an interception for the game-winning score with just under two minutes left in the game.

Watson didn't have his best game going 15-25 for 177 yards with the one touchdown to Hopkins and two interceptions. Houston’s offensive line continued to struggle, and Watson didn't have much time in the pocket at all. Watson fumbled three times in the game but was fortunate that the Bills recovered only one.

Trailing 13-10 late in the game, Watson led a nine-play 84-yard drive, but the Texans again failed to score from just one yard out which has been an issue this season. After settling for a game-tying field goal, Houston's defense, led by Joseph's pick-six, helped the Texans to their third win of the season.
