Clemson Basketball Loses Player to the Transfer Portal

Clemson guard Josh Beadle entered the transfer portal on Thursday. 

Beadle, a redshirt sophomore from Columbia, SC, averaged 3 points and 10.8 minutes in 32 games last season. He averaged 2.3 points and 12.8 minutes for the 2022-2023 season with two starts in 33 games.  

The 6'3 combo guard scored a career-high 12 points in the Tigers' 78-67 victory over Florida State on Jan. 20 and his only other double-figure game (10 points) also came against the Seminoles (Feb. 15, 2023). 

Beadle averaged 16.9 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 1.4 steals per game as a senior for Cardinal Newman and chose Clemson over Wake Forest and VCU.
