2026 four-star cornerback Samari Matthews‍ plans to visit Clemson next month and considers the program among the top contenders in his recruitment.

"Smoke" Matthews is a 6'0, 180-pound corner from Hough High School in Huntersville, North Carolina. He's the consensus No. 63 prospect in the nation, the No. 6 cornerback, and the No. 7 prospect in North Carolina (On3 consensus).
