On how it feels having a second bye week: “Great. Six straight wins. We've got a lot of momentum, and that's huge. I think the biggest thing is treating this second bye week like we did the first. We’ve got to treat it like a game week and come with a lot of energy and a lot of intentionality in everything that we do and take advantage of every day. It's a blessing to have a bye week. You get to get some guys healed up, and they might be banged up, and we also get another week on our team to prepare. So, we got to treat it next week like a game week and treat it like we're playing a game on Saturday. Then rest for two days and then come back, and it's game week already. So, it's definitely huge.”

On overcoming a slow start on offense: “Yeah, just a special group—a really special group. Personally I'm pretty upset about a couple of my throws today just because some days you're not on it. I look back at it and figure out why, at the end of the day, it's mechanics. But I'm not worried about it at all. I'm not. I know the strength of my accuracy that I lean on, and I'm not afraid to trigger and make any throws. Sometimes, you just don't have as good of a game as you do others, and that's okay. That's why you get to have peace after the game knowing we still put up 500-something yards and however many points we end up having in the end. That's what's really special about our team is you get to lean on the guys around you.”

On if he felt Tony Elliott had an advantage knowing so much about Clemson:  “From my side of the ball he doesn't know our offense just because Coach Riley came in after. Maybe knowing our defense and what they're scheming up on their offense, maybe. I don't really have a great answer for that, but I think our defense played a heck of a second half, especially that third quarter. You know, 21-0 in terms of their points. So, it was definitely a huge second half and a great start to the second half, I keep saying. They've also got a couple of cats on their side that knew our offense and knew some of our guys too. So I'm sure that helped them at times. But at the end of the day, even if you know what the play is going to be, you've still got to stop it.”
