Blake Stewart, Four-Star Safety from Georgia, Commits to Clemson
Clemson’s 2026 recruiting class added a significant piece in the secondary on Sunday as four-star safety Blake Stewart of Woodward Academy (Fairburn, Ga.) announced his commitment to the Tigers.
Stewart, a 6-foot-1, 170-pound prospect, revealed his decision moments ago. Widely regarded as one of the top defensive backs in Georgia, Stewart chose Clemson over a host of national offers, becoming a crucial addition to the Tigers’ future in the defensive backfield.
With his combination of size, athleticism, and instincts, Stewart is expected to bring versatility and physicality to the safety position for safeties coach Mickey Conn. His commitment addresses a key need in the Tigers’ secondary as the program looks to reload with high-caliber talent.
