Clemson opens the 2025 season ranked No. 4 in the AP Top 25 — two spots higher than their No. 6 ranking in the Coaches Poll. Texas holds the top spot in both polls, marking the Longhorns’ first-ever preseason No. 1 in the Coaches Poll. The Tigers will get an immediate test in their home opener against No. 9 LSU in a Top-10 clash.
