This season could have looked much different.

The Tigers could have parted ways with Brad Brownell following a 2016 season that left Clemson on the short end of 8 games in conference play by five points or less.

Instead of making the NCAA Tournament, Clemson stumbled into the NIT. Then in the opening round against Oakland, Clemson took a 43-24 lead to the half only to allow the Golden Grizzlies to come storming back.
