The Last Look: Syracuse

Clemson was embarrassed at Syracuse in 2017.

Plain and Simple.

Watching Dino Babers’ Orange squad run up and down the field on that Friday the 13th evening in October was nothing short if a nightmare to defensive coordinator Brent Venables.

The Tigers fells 27-24 in their first road regular-season loss since 2014. Quarterback Eric Dungey torched Clemson for 278 yards passing off a 20-of-33 clip.

The Tigers were without Kelly Bryant for the second half, and will be without him this season for the entire game as Clemson plays its first game without him.
