C.J. Spiller Cut By Chiefs, Again
After one week, the Kansas City Chiefs have let former Clemson star C.J. Spiller go. Again.
The Chiefs signed Spiller a fourth time last Monday, and Spiller participated in the Kansas City loss to the Raiders on Thursday night. Spiller was in for 12 snaps but only received two carries. Earlier today, the Chiefs cut Spiller for a fourth time, according to Terez Paylor of the Kansas City Star.
This continues a disappointing trend for Spiller, who was signed by Kansas City for the first time in February. He was cut early in September but signed again just two days later. In a span of two weeks, starting with that second signing, he was signed and cut two more times before being signed again on Monday and cut again today.
