Clemson moves up, Big 10 continues to slide
Clemson Tigers moved up in both major polls after another rough weekend for the Big 10. No. 3 Ohio State fell for the second time this season, and No. 7 Penn State dropped their second consecutive game.
Alabama continues to hold the top spot in the AP and Coaches polls, they are followed by Georgia who is currently the #1 team in the College Football Playoff Committee's rankings.
The impact of that loss was felt in the AP Poll as Wisconsin dropped two spots even though they won big over Indiana. However, even with the Big 10's backslide the Badgers managed to move up #3 in the Coaches Poll.
Notre Dame sits at #3 in the AP and Clemson holds the #4 spot in both polls.
The Fighting Irish are #5 in the Coaches while Oklahoma is #5 in the AP.
Clemson (8-1, 6-1) will face Flordia State (3-5, 3-4) at 3:30 PM on ESPN. With a win, Clemson would lock up a trip to the ACC Championship game.
Take a look at both the AP and Coaches Poll.
