ESPN will be giving college football fans across the country a first look at the upcoming 2019 season. Its networks will be airing 23 spring games, including eight Atlantic Coast Conference spring contests, during the months of March and April. The five-week ESPN slate begins on Friday, March 22 and will  show spring games every weekend and, more importantly, how teams in ESPN.com’s Way-Too-Early Top 25 are preparing for the road to the College Football Playoff on ESPN (December 28, 2019 and January 13, 2020).

No. 1 Clemson, who has the tenth best recruiting class in the country, will make their first pit stop on the road back to the National Championship playing the annual Orange & White Scrimmage, which will be aired on ESPN2.  17 of Clemson’s starters will be returning to play the game at Memorial Stadium on Saturday, April 6 at 2:30 p.m. ET.

In addition to ESPN’s live coverage of spring games, ACC Network Extra will be acting as a part of ESPN’s digital coverage, carrying spring games at Boston College, Duke, Florida State, Georgia Tech, NC State, North Carolina and Virginia as part of ESPN’s digital coverage. By downloading the ESPN App, fans will have access to all eight ACC spring games.

ESPN.com will also include supplemental spring football content to complement its daily coverage of the sport.
