The historic season for first year head coach Amanda Butler and the Lady Clemson Tigers will continue on into the NCAA Tournament as they will play South Dakota in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Friday at 7 p.m. in Starkville, Miss. The game will be televised by ESPN2.

The winner will go on to play the winner of the Mississippi State - Southern game in the second round.

All of this comes after Clemson won just one conference game during the 2017-18 season, and this will be their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2002. This is Clemson’s 16th apperance in the NCAA Tournament. Clemson will be the No. 9 seed, while South Dakota is the No. 8 seed.

Fans can purchase tickets by visiting to the Mississippi State website. All-session tickets are available for purchase now, while individual session tickets will go on sale on Friday morning, if tickets remain.
