Monday PM Notes: Tony Elliott and Brent Venables
Tony Elliott
-- The running backs catching passes out of the backfield gives Clemson a new element to its offense. When the run is taken away like Texas A&M was trying to accomplish on Saturday, it allows Clemson to be more creative and get the ball to its playmakers.
Travis Etienne and Lyn-J Dixon combined to catch six passes for 60 yards. Zero drops.
-- Said Amari Rodgers inspires him as a coach. Rodgers prepares like a pro and plays like a pro.
