K'Von Wallace, Malcolm Greene overcome odds thanks to prep coach who focuses on life

Highland Springs head coach Loren Johnson teaches his defensive backs multiple positions in the secondary and all of his student-athletes the importance of being a good young man. He has one former player at Clemson now and another just signed with the Tigers.

When Highland Springs High four-star defensive back Malcolm Greene signed with Clemson last month, he officially decommited from the LSU Tigers and became the fourth defensive back in the 2020 recruiting class. 

Greene verbally committed to LSU on Oct. 26 when at the time, no scholarship was available at cornerback with Fred Davis‍ already on board.
