Today is an incredible day for Clemson Sports Talk as we expand our coverage of the Clemson Tigers. Truth be told, in 2004, when my dreams of creating a Clemson podcast became a reality, I didn't see this coming.

Thinking back on it, I had a $19 headset and a dream. I had no experience, but I knew that there were Clemson fans just like me out there who deserved a show about their Tigers. Back then, I only recorded one show a week during football season. Early on, I received positive feedback from Clemson fans around the world. It was incredible. Because internet streaming wasn't what it is today, my show was the only way much of Clemson Tiger Nation could hear about Clemson sports.

As the show gained popularity, I was approached to host a second Clemson program which was a one hour weekly radio show called, "Clemson Hotline". I continued to work hard, but I still failed to see how much it meant to so many Clemson Tiger fans. I had a passion for the business and I just wanted to get better. I could never foresee what was right around the corner. 

In 2012, after seven years of growing the brand, I was asked to join iHeart Radio and host a two hour daily radio show covering the Clemson Tigers. I already owned www.ClemsonSportsTalk.com, so I figured that name was as good as any.

On July 15, 2013, "The Show that Shakes the Southland" hit the airwaves and Clemson Sports Talk was broadcasting in Columbia, SC. It still gives me chills. 

Since that night, I've poured my heart and soul into Clemson Sports Talk. I've sacrificed time with my children and milestones and moments from their lives that I can never get back. That's the single most difficult thing about this venture for me, but I believe in what I am doing because of Tiger fans like you.

I believe that Clemson Tiger fans like you, deserve a show like mine. I believe that Clemson Tiger fans like you, deserve a website like this one. Clemson Sports Talk will be the home for Clemson Tiger fans, graduates, and supporters with incredible content that is featured both on-air and online. 

We are going to bring you exclusive interviews, content, recruiting updates, and much more. I'm excited about where we are headed.

I do not step into this arena lightly. I understand what you expect from our coverage, and I am dedicated to making sure that we get better each and every day. I have a young and talented group of individuals who will be working every day to deliver "5 Star Coverage of your 5 Star Program".

As a Clemson graduate and a member of the Clemson Family, I hope that you will join us as we grow. I know that you have other options, but I want Clemson Sports Talk to be your home. 

Ultimately, I want our coverage to be so strong that if you are a true Tiger fan there will be no reason to pass on becoming a Clemson Sports Talk subscriber.
