Three-star recruit to play both baseball and football at Clemson
Clemson baseball commit Will Taylor will be joining the Tigers’ football team, as well.
On Wednesday morning, Taylor — a three-star recruit — announced his intention to accept the Tigers’ football offer that was extended to him earlier this month.
Taylor is currently a quarterback at Dutch Fork High School in Irmo, S.C., but is likely to be transitioned into a receiving role when enrolled at Clemson. He has been recruited heavily by both head coach Dabo Swinney and wide receivers coach Tyler Grisham over the past year.
Taylor threw for 1,647 yards passing and ran for 1,549 yards more to go along with 19 touchdowns last season.
