Local standout tight end Braden Galloway joins Clemson

Three-star tight end Braden Galloway has officially signed with Clemson. Galloway committed back in April over NC State and South Carolina and has been rock solid to the Tigers ever since. 

The 6'6 225-pound tight end, who was also a basketball standout, brings a different skillset to the Tigers. He has good speed and a long stride, and his basketball skill set transitions well to the football field.

He has the ability to go up and high point the football like a rebound, or make a tough catch in traffic. He also has the speed to run away from the defense when in the open field. He'll need to add some more weight so he can become a good run blocker, but his ability to make plays in the passing game is almost like a wide receiver.
