CLEMSON, S.C. — Sophomore PJ Hall (Spartanburg, S.C./Dorman) finished his 24th consecutive double-figure scoring game this season with 19 points and chipped in nine rebounds, an assist and a blocked shot in Clemson University men’s basketball’s 76-61 loss to Notre Dame.

The Tigers (12-13, 4-10 ACC) were led by Hall with Nick Honor (Orlando, Fla./Lake Highland) scoring 12 and Naz Bohannon (Lorain, Ohio/Lorain) adding in 10. Bohannon finished with seven boards.

In his second career start, Ian Schieffelin (Loganville, Ga./Grayson) scored six points and grabbed nine rebounds, while collecting two steals. Alex Hemenway (Newburgh, Ind./Castle) added eight off the Tiger bench, drilling a couple of threes.

The Tigers were down as many as 17 points in the first half to the Fighting Irish (18-7, 11-3 ACC), but were able to claw and battle back to within just seven points with the ball on two occasions and couldn’t close the gap.

Clemson returns to the floor on Tuesday, Feb. 15 when it travels to Florida State. Tipoff is slated for 7 p.m. and will air on RSN.
