Lone Star State Defensive Back will Commit on July 22

Corian Gipson‍, the highly talented defensive back hailing from Lancaster, Texas, is ready to make a decision regarding his future in football. The four-star recruit, who plays for Lancaster High School, will be announcing his commitment on July 22.

At 6’0 and weighing 170 pounds, Gipson possesses the physical attributes and skills that have made him one of the top defensive backs in the 2024 class.

Following a visit for the spring game, Gipson told ClemsonSportsTalk.com, “The love from the fan base was great, the people were just good. The atmosphere was on point.”

Gipson has narrowed down his choices to a final five, which includes football powerhouses: Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State, TCU, and Texas. 

The decision Gipson is about to make will significantly impact his football journey and shape the future of the program he selects. He was in Clemson on June 2 but took visits to TCU (June 14), Ohio State (June 16), and Texas (June 23) in recent weeks.
