On the increased success of the offense: “I think it’s just a culmination of a lot of things. I would say the biggest thing is just us believing in each other. Just believing in what we can do. We’ve always known what we could do. I think now, just bringing it to the field. Putting up more points in the last couple of weeks has been really good for us. Just from a confidence standpoint, we got a lot of playmakers and a lot of different ways to use them. I think just guys going out there and making plays is pretty much the biggest thing.”

On Cade Klubnik: “He has that type of ability within him. I just think he has to trust his own abilities, not try to do too much. Kind of just play within himself. Play within the system. But I think as far as Cade goes, every single week he’s just gotten better and better. It’s kind of just unfolding into the rest of our offense. As he continues to grow and develop and get better, I think you’ll see our whole team grow and develop and get better. He’s a very important piece for us and we need him. So, the better he plays the better off we’re going to be. Seeing what he’s really capable of is really coming to show now. I’m excited to just keep going. Keep growing with him. Keep growing our connection.”

On the reverse flea-flicker play versus Georgia Tech: “We hit it versus Florida State last year. Then we pulled it out again this year and the defense had a good call. I thought he was still going to rip it in there on the back shoulder. He dumped it off the field and we picked up 17 or 18 yards. It worked out well.”

On converting on fourth down plays: “I was just aware of where the sticks were and I knew it was fourth down. I knew that we just had to strain as hard as possible to pick up the first down, and keep the drive alive. I think that was something throughout a couple of those first drives that was really good for us. Just guys making plays on cash downs, third and fourth downs, just being able to pick up the first. I think just knowing where the sticks were and knowing that we had to pick it up to eventually get into the red zone and score. It was just me doing what I was asked to do and trying to get it done for the team.”
