Is there a simple way to import the premium podcasts feed into my podcast app?

Ken,

Right now, I don't think it's possible because of how the site marks them as premium. One new area that I would encourage you to review is the Media tab. That might be an alternative. Although, I must admit being able to listen to a podcast at 1.5 speed is nice and that wouldn't be an option right now.

Feel free to email me to discuss. I've got some ideas for the future, but for now, I think it has to be this way.
