KJ Henry will enter the 2023 NFL Draft. The Clemson defensive end announced his intentions today on his Twitter account.

Charismatic team leader who registered 147 career tackles (28.0 for loss), 13.5 sacks, 11 pass breakups, four fumble recoveries and two forced fumbles in 1,771 snaps over 58 career games (24 starts) from 2018-22.

2022: Voted by his teammates as a permanent team captain … third-team All-American selection by Pro Football Focus … second-team All-ACC selection by the league’s media and coaches but collected first-team honors from the AP, Phil Steele and Pro Football Focus … second-team All-ACC selection by College Football Network … started all 14 games, collecting 59 tackles (9.0 for loss), 3.5 sacks, six pass breakups, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery to go along with a team-high 24 quarterback pressures in 659 defensive snaps … shared team defensive player of the game honors at Georgia Tech after collecting six tackles (2.5 for loss), a sack and a forced fumble among his five quarterback pressures, one of which led to an Andrew Mukuba interception of Clemson’s first play of the season from scrimmage … added three tackles vs. Furman … added a tackle vs. Louisiana Tech … posted eight tackles (one for loss) in his hometown at No. 21 Wake Forest … credited with two tackles (one for loss) and the fourth fumble recovery of his career vs. No. 10 NC State … contributed two tackles (one for loss) at Boston College … added three tackles and two pass breakups at Florida State … recorded four tackles, a pass breakup and a highlight-reel sack vs. No. 14 Syracuse … added two tackles at Notre Dame … notched eight tackles (0.5 for loss) and a pass breakup vs. Louisville … registered four tackles (one for loss), a sack and a pass breakup vs. Miami (Fla.) … led Clemson with 11 tackles (one for loss) and added a half-sack vs. South Carolina … recorded two tackles vs. No. 24 North Carolina … added three tackles in the Orange Bowl vs. No. 6 Tennessee.

2018: Played 39 snaps in four games while redshirting and was credited with nine tackles (2.0 for loss) and a fumble recovery in that time … made debut with one tackle and a fumble recovery in 13 snaps vs. Furman … registered a career-high five tackles, including two for loss, playing near his hometown at Wake Forest.
