Grantham Update
We are hearing that the feeling is Grantham tore his ACL in that non-contact injury during the Clemson and Notre Dame contest. That's a huge blow. You can expect an MRI to give full results tomorrow, but for now, that's all we can report. We have not been able to confirm, but we will let you know the minute we hear something official.Losing Grantham would be huge for this team, but given the commitment of Zion Williamson to Duke, perhaps some guys on the roster Clemson will have to count on next season will get extra minutes this year.
Zion Williamson Update
Earlier tonight, Zion Williamson posted a link on his Twitter page stating that he will announce where he will play college basketball on January 20th.https://twitter.com/ZionW32/status/948736395279036416According to Ben Roberts of the Lexington (KY) Herald-Leader, "local option Clemson is the team to beat heading into the new year." You might recall several months ago, we posted this article about Williamson and the fact remains that playing close to home is a big deal for the 5-star basketball talent.We will keep you updated as we learn more, but for now....the 13-1 Tigers seem to be in a good spot heading into the home stretch.
