Dabo Swinney announced during his Wednesday press conference that wideout Beaux Collins will not play this week due to an injury to his plantar fascia. As expected, Collins was limited this week, and Swinney was asked about the junior wide receiver's progress. Swinney was cut and dry in saying, “Beaux is going to be out.”
Swinney did say that wide receiver Antonio Williams has been “practicing some” and “getting better each day,” which would be a welcomed addition for the Tigers on Saturday if he can play.
As for Collins, he has hauled in 38 receptions for 510 yards and three touchdowns this season while playing in 11 games.
