After a long wait, we finally have a complete look at Clemson’s 2024 football schedule. The Tigers are hoping to make their way back to the CFB Playoffs for the first time since the shortened 2020 season. The road to making it back to the playoff is not going to be easy for Clemson by opening up the season in Atlanta against Georgia and a road trip to Tallahassee to face Florida State. Today, we drop the fourth and final article in the series, looking at the final games of the regular season.

November 16th - at Pittsburgh - Acrisure Stadium, Pittsburgh

2023 Record: 3-9

Last Game: 30-19 Loss to Duke

The Tigers will make only their third trip to Pittsburgh on November 16th. Clemson is 2-3 all-time against the Pitt Panthers and looks to even up the series in 2024. Clemson looks to avenge the loss in Pittsburgh during the 2021 season, where the Tigers lost 27-17.

Pittsburgh hired Kade Bell from Western Carolina as offensive coordinator during the offseason. The Panthers also added Alabama transfer QB Eli Holstein to compete with mid-year transfer Christian Veilleux. RB Desmond Reid also joined the roster from Western Carolina, following Bell. Pittsburgh has undoubtedly added transfers all over the roster, but their priority is deciding who will be the starting quarterback against Kent State in the season opener.

November 23rd - vs The Citadel - Memorial Stadium, Clemson

2023 Record: 0-11

Last Game: 35-23 Loss to East Tennessee State

Clemson faces The Citadel in Death Valley on November 23rd. The two teams last met during the shortened 2020 season, where Clemson took the victory 49-0 over the Bulldogs. The Tigers are 39-0 against FCS schools since the Division I split in 1978.

November 30th - vs South Carolina - Memorial Stadium

2023 Record: 5-7

Last Game: 16-7 Loss to Clemson

On November 30th, Clemson will host rival South Carolina in Death Valley. This will be the 121st meeting between the two teams, and the Tigers lead the all-time record 73-43-4. Clemson has won 8 of the last 9 match-ups against the Gamecocks and looks to improve on that number even more this season.

South Carolina is currently ranked No. 5 in the transfer portal index rankings. They have added 18 players via the portal and lost 21 players through the portal. So, in some respects, it’s been up and down for Shane Beamer's squad this offseason in terms of holding the team together.

The Gamecocks added RB Raheim Sanders, who transferred from Arkansas, and DE Kyle Kennard, who transferred from Georgia Tech. Currently, the Gamecocks are projected to have one of the strongest incoming transfer classes in the SEC, which has to be considered a win given the exodus that took place.
