ESPN has assigned the following win probabilities to Clemson's remaining regular season games:

Tournament Odds
The Tigers appear to be a lock for the Big Dance as Joe Lunardi has Clemson as a 5 seed facing Louisiana in the latest edition of bracketology.
So what are the odds once they get there? Per ESPN (based on Lunardi's bracketology) here are Clemson's odds:

These odds have gotten a little longer with Clemson's 1-1 record last week, but still give the Tigers a decent shot at the Sweet 16 and the second weekend of the tournament, which would make the season a huge success.
The odds of getting beyond the Sweet 16 are long, but we've seen several teams make unexpected runs in March over the last few years.
