Clemson’s 2026-27 men’s basketball schedule is complete.

The Atlantic Coast Conference released its league schedule Wednesday, filling in the final 18 games of the Tigers’ regular-season slate and setting Clemson’s path through conference play.

Clemson will open ACC play at Littlejohn Coliseum against Virginia on Tuesday, Dec. 29, and close the regular season at Louisville on Saturday, March 6.

One of the marquee dates on the home schedule comes Jan. 30, when Duke visits Littlejohn Coliseum.

Clemson will play nine ACC home games, hosting Virginia, Wake Forest, Georgia Tech, Florida State, Duke, California, Syracuse, Stanford and Notre Dame.

The Tigers will travel to NC State, Boston College, Pittsburgh, Miami, Virginia Tech, Florida State, Georgia Tech, SMU and Louisville.

The 2026-27 season marks the second year of the ACC's 18-game conference schedule. Under the league's scheduling model, each team plays a primary partner twice, along with a variable partner that changes from season to season.

Georgia Tech is Clemson's primary partner, while Florida State is the Tigers' variable partner for 2026-27. Clemson will therefore play both teams home and away.

The format also creates a notable break with Clemson basketball history: Clemson and North Carolina will not play this season for the first time since 1950-51.

ACC slate begins with Virginia

Clemson opens league play Dec. 29 against Virginia before immediately heading on the road for games at NC State on Jan. 2 and Boston College on Jan. 5.

The Tigers then return to Littlejohn for consecutive games against Wake Forest and Georgia Tech.

After a Jan. 16 trip to Pittsburgh, Clemson gets a week between games before hosting Florida State on Jan. 23. A road game at Miami follows on Jan. 27 before Duke comes to Clemson on Jan. 30.

February begins with a trip to Virginia Tech before Clemson gets California and Syracuse at home. The Tigers then make consecutive trips to Florida State and Georgia Tech before returning home to face Stanford.

Clemson's final three games include a Feb. 23 trip to SMU, a March 2 home finale against Notre Dame and the March 6 regular-season finale at Louisville.

The ACC has not yet announced game times or television designations.

Challenging nonconference schedule

The conference slate completes a schedule that already features several significant nonconference tests.

Clemson will compete in the Maui Invitational in November and also has games against Auburn, Georgetown, TCU, South Carolina and Cincinnati.

The Tigers will face Auburn at State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Nov. 10 before traveling to Hawaii for the Maui Invitational Nov. 23-25.

Clemson hosts Georgetown on Dec. 1 and travels to TCU on Dec. 5. The Tigers will also renew their rivalry with South Carolina on Dec. 12 in Columbia before facing Cincinnati on Dec. 19 at the Ally Tipoff in Charlotte.

Clemson's final nonconference game comes Dec. 22 against Colgate at Littlejohn Coliseum, one week before ACC play begins.

ACC Tournament returns to Greensboro

The 2027 ACC Men's Basketball Tournament will return to Greensboro, North Carolina, and be played March 9-13 at First Horizon Coliseum.

The tournament will mark the ACC's 30th trip to Greensboro and its first there since 2023.

Only the top 15 teams in the final ACC standings will qualify for the tournament. The conference will announce the bracket, seeds, game times and television assignments on March 7 following the conclusion of the regular season.

Clemson season tickets for 2026-27 are currently on sale, with seats starting at $260. Single-game tickets are scheduled to go on sale Sept. 22 for IPTAY members and Sept. 24 to the general public.
