Clemson gains commitment of grad transfer Javan White

Clemson has dipped yet again into the transfer market and gained the commitment of the 6'10, 230-pound grad transfer Javan White out of Oral Roberts.

Clemson hits the transfer wire again picking up the commitment of Javan White.

White averaged 10.2 points per game and 9.0 rebounds per game last season and will be eligible to play immediately in Tiger Town.

The big man from Ames, Iowa will give Clemson another significant presence on the inside. White led the Summit League in offensive rebounding percentage and ranked second in defensive rebounding percentage a year ago.

White told TulsaWorld.com when he left Oral Roberts, “My goal moving forward is the same it’s always been: play at a school this is going to help me maximize my potential as a basketball player and compete for championships.”
