Clemson makes the final list for Lone Star State defensive tackle

On Sunday via Twitter, Enoch Jackson, a three-star 2019 defensive tackle, announced his final three college choices. The Mansfield Legacy (TX) junior will choose between Arkansas, Clemson and Texas Tech.

Jackson received an offer from the Tigers on March 27, and he made an unofficial visit this summer for Dabo Swinney's camp.

Clemson has also offered his teammate, four-star safety Jalen Catalon. That offer came in March of 2017, and Catalon visited the Clemson campus on June 10, 2017.

At this point, Arkansas is probably the favorite to land the teammates, because head coach Chad Morris established a relationship with them when he coached at SMU. But while Catalon is scheduled to officially visit the Hogs on July 27 for their BBQ event, on that same day, Jackson will make his official visit to Clemson for the All-In Cookout.

By the way, Jackson and Catalon haven't previously expressed an interest to be future college teammates and neither has given a target date for a verbal commitment.

Last season, Jackson had 52 total tackles, 19 tackles for loss and six quarterback sacks.
