WATCH: Dabo Swinney after Clemson's final scrimmage of fall camp
Dabo Swinney updates the media following Clemson's final scrimmage of fall camp in Death Valley.
Situational stuff:
- “We worked some special situations at the end of the game. For example, we hit a big play and down at the 10, and there’s two seconds on the clock, you got no timeouts, you gotta have a play, you better be ready.”
- The Tigers worked an overtime scenario and two-minute scenario.
Mixing it up with different groups:
- “I went one’s on two’s, two’s on one’s, kind of mixed it up that way a little more today, really to challenge the second group. They don’t sub people, you sub them. You’ve gotta go in and perform at the same standard as the guy in front of you.”
Tempo:
- Swinney said the tempo has been good; biggest disappointment has been the two-minute drill with wide receivers and guys on defense not having urgency.
