For Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney, faith has always been at the forefront of his life. Simply put faith is having complete trust or confidence in someone or something. 

Ten years ago today, after Clemson's 3-3 start, Terry Don Phillips informed head coach Tommy Bowden that he planned to make a coaching change at the end of the season. The Tigers were reeling after a 12-7 loss at Wake Forest in the midst of a season that many expected Clemson to compete for the ACC crown.
