Wednesday spring practice notes: Brent Venables

We got to heat from defensive coordinator Brent Venables for about 20 minutes following Clemson’s Wednesday practice. Here are a few notes to pass along.

-- We saw a few players coming off the field with yellow jerseys on, all of them being players in the secondary. Freshman safety Joseph Charleston and sophomore defensive back Kyler McMichael did not practice.

Mario Goodrich was also in yellow and was in a walking boot on his left foot.
