Clemson won its 23rd consecutive game, dating to the start of the 2018 season, to extend the longest winning streak in school history and second-longest winning streak in ACC history.

Clemson has now won 17 consecutive ACC regular-season games for the second time in school history (20 from 1981-84). 

Clemson has now recorded seven wins against Power Five opponents this season, the only team in the country able to make that claim.

Clemson has now opened a season 8-0 for the eighth time in school history, joining the 1948, 1981, 2000, 2011, 2015, 2016 and 2018 campaigns.

Clemson won its 20th consecutive home game. Clemson's last home loss came on Nov. 12, 2016, against Pitt. It joins the school-record streak of 21 games from 2013-16 as the only 20-game home winning streaks in school history.

Clemson has now won 41 of its last 42 games at Death Valley.

Clemson’s 20-game active home winning streak is the second-longest in the country, trailing Alabama’s 31-game home winning streak.

Clemson won its ninth consecutive game against Boston College, dating back to 2011. Clemson's nine-game winning streak against Boston College is its second-longest active streak against an ACC opponent, trailing Clemson's 10-game active winning streak against Wake Forest.

Clemson improved to 11-4 against Boston College since the Eagles joined the ACC in 2005.

Clemson extended its home winning streak against the Eagles to six games, dating back to 2009. Clemson is undefeated at home against Boston College under Dabo Swinney (6-0).

Clemson defeated an ACC Atlantic Division opponent for a 12th straight time and for the 32nd time in 33 opportunities.

Clemson, which entered the game fourth in the AP Poll after being ranked No. 3 last game, won a 16th consecutive game when ranked lower in the AP Poll than in its previous contest. Clemson is now 24-4 under Dabo Swinney when playing a game at a lower AP ranking than in its previous contest, including season openers in which Clemson opened lower than it finished the prior season.

Clemson pushed  its winning streak in Saturday games to 37 to extend the longest Saturday winning streak in school history. Clemson's current 37-game run of consecutive Saturday victories is the longest active streak in the country.

Clemson has now won 66 of its last 70 games overall dating to 2014, including 40 of its last 42 games against ACC teams.

Clemson improved to 94-2 since 2011 when leading after three quarters.

Clemson now has a 94-2 record when totaling more first downs than its opponent since 2011.

Clemson improved to 61-1 when rushing for 200+ yards under Dabo Swinney.

Clemson is now 47-0 when both passing and rushing for 200+ yards under Dabo Swinney.

Clemson pushed its record to 42-1 since 2015 when outscoring opponents in the "Middle Eight," defined as the final four minutes of the first half and the first four minutes of the second half.

Clemson is now 44-2 when having a 100-yard rusher since 2011.

Clemson has now earned victories in 32 of its last 33 games against ACC Atlantic Division teams.

Clemson has now won 69 of its last 71 games against unranked teams.

Clemson has now won 76 straight games when holding teams under 23 points (dates to 2010).
