Lyn-J Dixon tweet indicates return to Clemson for 2020

After Travis Etienne announced that he was returning for his senior season at Clemson, all eyes turned to rising junior running back Lyn-J Dixon. Dixon seemed to be a natural choice to assume the lead role in the running back room with Etienne’s departure, but with the Jennings, LA natives return, many thought Dixon might seek to playing time elsewhere.

Earlier today, Dixon put those thoughts to rest, at least for now, with this tweet:

The Tigers running back room will be loaded in 2020, and if Dixon stays true to his word, the duo will be “putting on a show” this coming season.

He was certainly one we had our eye on. It's worth noting that Tavien Feaster didn't transfer out until late July last season. However, the tweet certainly sounds like he is wanting to stick around-- which is great for Clemson's future.
