Clemson fans are keenly aware of the recent history between the Tigers and Ohio State.

The two teams have met several times in recent years, including twice in the College Football Playoff. Last season, Clemson overcame a 17-0 deficit to beat Ryan Day's Ohio State team 29-23 in the Fiesta Bowl. Back in 2016, the Tigers also thumped Urban Meyer's Buckeye squad 31-0 in the same venue during the CFB Playoffs.
