Clemson landed four-star offensive lineman Dietrick Pennington‍ earlier today as the Cordova, TN product made his commitment known via Twitter.

“I want to thank God for giving me the ability to play the sport that I love, and my grandparents for being there for me. I have decided to further my education and athletic career at The University of Clemson. #ALLIN”

Pennington becomes the second commit in as many days after the Tigers added four-star defensive tackle Payton Page‍ yesterday evening.

Pennington has tremendous length at 6’5, 326-pounds. He possesses long arms with great reach it will be interesting to see where he plays in college.

Clemson offered Pennington in June of 2019. The Evangelical Christian High School star gives Clemson their third offensive lineman in the class along with four-star prospects Ryan Linthicum‍ and Marcus Tate‍.

Pennington’s final five included LSU, Auburn, Florida State, Georgia, and Clemson, giving the Tigers a nice recruiting win over several top schools.

Clemson’s 2021 class now stands at 15 total commits.
