Inside the Numbers: Clemson vs Boston College
From the outside looking in, from the inside looking out, from the upside looking down, this game should be ugly. Even the top teams in college football have to maintain their focus every week, but I feel like Clemson could play their backups all night and knock off this Boston College team.
Years ago, Boston College beat Clemson to death in the trenches. That shouldn't be the case this season. Harold Landry is a monster and a next level dude, but Clemson's over-flowing with players with his ability.
This season has been a struggle for the Eagles. I like Steve Addazio, I really do. He's a heck of a coach, but he doesn't have much in terms of talent right now at Boston College. Sadly, I don't think he has much longer to fix the talent issue either. That's unfortunate because recruiting kids to come to Chestnut Hill is not an easy task. I'm not sure if anyone can really do it well.
