★★★★ Ryan Linthicum - 6’4, 275 - Damascus High School, Damascus, MD

Clemson’s recruiting continued their national reach with the signature of the top center in the 2021 class in Ryan Linthicum‍.

For the second time in as many seasons, Clemson reaches into Damascus, Maryland for another top prospect. The 6’4 Linthicum played his high school ball with current Clemson defensive lineman Bryan Bresee.

Linthicum will eventually anchor the offensive line for Clemson and became an anchor for the 2021 recruiting class when he committed back in September of 2019.

The 275-pounder is light on his feet and plays with nice pad level and has an aggressive streak that Tiger fans are going to love. The term “mauler” might be the appropriate word for what we see on tape.

Linthicum picked Clemson over Michigan, Ohio State, Virginia Tech, and many others.

Having Linthicum in the mix is just the next step towards future success for Clemson on the offensive front. He’s a tremendous talent and will certainly be a welcomed addition to the Tigers’ class.
