Former Clemson quarterback Tajh Boyd to join Tiger coaching staff

Former Clemson starting quarterback Tajh Boyd will be joining the Tiger coaching staff this season. Boyd, a two-time All-ACC first-team selection, sat down with WACH-Fox 57 sportscaster Mike Uva to discuss the opportunity.

"It'll fit somewhere between (an) analyst (and a) player development role," Boyd explained to Uva.

According to the article, Clemson is still working on what the specific name for Boyd’s title.

Boyd is still Clemson’s all-time leader in passing yards (11,904) and passing touchdowns (107). He also led the Tigers to an ACC championship in 2011 and an Orange Bowl win, Clemson’s first-ever BCS Bowl victory, over Ohio State in 2014.
