The Tigers struck again Sunday, pulling another Top 300 prospect from Georgia as Milton High School four-star safety Rob Billings became Clemson's 18th commit and the 9th from the Peach State in the 2023 class.
Throughout the buildup to Billings' announcement, the Tigers were considered the favorite to land him.
