Billings is a playmaking defensive back that reads the game well. He’s shown the ability to leverage his 6’2, 185-pound frame into some big hits from his defensive back position. The four-star has top-notch ball-hawking skills and recorded nine interceptions in high school.

His special teams contributions are littered throughout his senior tape. The four-star has returned kickoffs into opposing territory, blocked field goals, and always seems to have a nose for the ball on special teams. He clearly loves football and can be a weapon in multiple phases of the game at the collegiate level. Special teams will be a fast track to early playing time for Billings. 

Morgan Thomas - His speed puts him in opportunities to make plays on both sides of the ball. Reads the play well presnap to get in the right positions. Good hands and ball skills for INTs and PBUs. Closes in quickly to the ball. Plays angles very well and understands his position on the field. Fast enough to run down RBs and QBs, stopping outside runs.
