Clemson has their running back in the 2024 recruiting class as four-star prospect David Eziomume committed to the Tigers moments ago.
Eziomume is Clemson’s lone offer at the position in the class as running backs coach C.J. Spiller locked in on the Kennesaw, GA native. Since visiting Clemson in January for the Tigers’ elite junior day, Eziomume has been considered a Clemson lean.
Today marks Eziomume’s 17th birthday, and the North Cobb High School star will have plenty to celebrate with his family after his commitment to the Tigers.
Ezioumume picked Clemson over Georgia Tech, Auburn, South Carolina, Georgia, USC, Miami, and other top programs.
Ezioumume becomes the Tigers’ sixth 2024 commitment, pushing Clemson into the Top 5 in some major recruiting sites in the early stages of this class. The Tigers already hold commitments from DB Noah Dixon, DE Champ Thompson, TE Christian Bentancur, DB Tavoy Feagin, and K Nolan Hauser.
