YOUTH MOVEMENT.

ESPN’s Chris Low put together College football's way-too-early 2021 All-America team this week and while Clemson doesn’t have an offensive player on the team...ummm...Justyn Ross...he did have two very young Tigers on the defensive front on the list.

Here’s what Low had to say about both stud defensive lineman:

DL Myles Murphy, Clemson Tigers

Injuries at the defensive end position forced Clemson to play younger players in 2020, including Murphy. He showed the kind of promise everyone was predicting when he signed with the Tigers. As a true freshman, the 6-5, 275-pound Murphy led the team with 12 tackles for loss and also had eight quarterback pressures. Murphy has everything it takes to blossom into one of the top defenders in the country in 2021.

DL Bryan Bresee, Clemson Tigers

Clemson's young defensive line talent was hard to miss last season, and the 6-5, 300-pound Bresee earned ACC Defensive Rookie of the Year honors. Rated as ESPN's top defensive tackle prospect in the country, Bresee stepped right into the Clemson starting lineup and tied for the team lead with 11 quarterback pressures. He also had 6.5 tackles for loss, including four sacks, and gives the Tigers a dominant presence in the middle of their defensive line.

TENNESSEE HAPPY MEALS!

On "The Dan Patrick Show" yesterday, the longtime radio host shared information he heard that might have led to Jeremy Pruitt’s firing with-cause. Patrick detailed what Tennessee actually did, and according to a source, the Volunteers were handing out McDonald’s bags filled with cash to recruits.

Talk about making kids smile!

One prospect to keep your eye on as details emerge from a possible Tennessee football scandal is quarterback Ty Simpson‍. Simpson‍, a junior at Westview High in Martin, TN, is unanimously regarded as a top dual-threat passer in the 2022 class. He is very high on the Vols and could be watching the headlines closely in the coming weeks.

Clemson seems to be trailing Tennessee for Simpson's pledge, but a scandal, a new coach, and any form of probation in Knoxville could shift Simpson’s mind on where he wants to play.

THE UVA.

Our good buddy Mike Uva, who joins me on Tuesday afternoon, has become quite the Twitter sensation after a mistake made at a local Bojangles led to a new biscuit and phenomenon that’s grown out of control.

According to The State newspaper:

“After unwrapping the paper surrounding his sandwich, he found a Cajun chicken filet with pimento cheese as expected. But it was the outer layer that catalyzed a chain reaction.

Instead of the regular buttery biscuit, the chicken and cheese was housed in Bojangles’ signature Bo-Berry biscuit.”

I've yet to try it, but there is no question that the next time my wife goes to “The Bo," I’ll be getting “The Uva.”

Here the full story about “The Uva” in the attached episode of Clemson Sports Talk above!

A BIT OFF THE PATH.

Flight attendants are having to play ‘babysitter for adults’ as bad behavior onboard spikes during the COVID-19 Era and the FAA is threatening hefty fines.

In the NFL, the AFC Championship game has a huge storyline unfolding as Chief quarterback Patrick Mahomes may have tweaked a nerve and is in the concussion protocol ahead of this weekend’s matchup with the Buffalo Bills.

If you were a child of the '80s, you remember The Muppet Show. The original episodes are coming to Disney+, including Sweetums, which always freaked me out in the intro.
