Initial list of recruits coming to Clemson's June 2-4 official visit weekend
Clemson official visitors: (June 2-4 weekend)Mike Matthews - Five-star WR. Clemson is getting the first of four official visits he's set so far.Sammy Brown - Five-star LB. Georgia is pushing hard for him, but Clemson is in a good place for Brown.Eddrick Houston - Five-star Edge. Georgia, Alabama, and Ohio State are the top group here. Clemson is still very much involved for Houston. They are a dark horse candidate heading into the June OVs.KJ Bolden - Five-star ATH. He's a heavy UGA lean but did set a Clemson OV. The Tigers have been a top-five school for Bolden throughout most of the process.Alex Taylor - Four-star WR. Clemson has a good shot at Taylor, who is one of the top prospects in North Carolina.Bray Staley - He was originally scheduled for a Miami official visit this weekend but bumped it back a week to be at Clemson's OV weekend. Bryant Wesco - Four-star WR. He took an official visit to USC last weekend. They offered him on May 3. Wesco is a Texas native and added an offer from Clemson in March, shortly after the hire of Garrett Riley.T.J. Moore - Four-star WR. He's risen up the rankings this spring and earned his fourth star. Clemson is in a good position in Moore's recruitment. Omillio Agard - Four-star DB. Clemson is in a great position to land Agard, a Pennsylvania native. I'd consider him a Clemson lean.Corian Gipson - With most of their initial DB targets off the board, Clemson offered Gipson - a four-star - this spring. He's one of the top defensive targets still on the board for the Tigers.Ricardo Jones - Four-star DB. He was an Auburn lean but picked up a Clemson offer in March. Since entering his recruitment, the Tigers have been a top contender for Jones. They have a chance to land him, especially if the OV weekend goes well.A pair of nationally-ranked OL recruits, Casey Poe and Eagan Boyer are also set to attend the official visit weekend.Commits in attendance: David Eziomume, Champ Thompson, & Nolan Hauser.

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a Clemson Sports Talk rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the Clemson Sports Talk Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide Clemson Sports Talk readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.
