Clemson crushed Wake Forest 63-3, racking up 471 rushing yards in the game. Hear from the coaches following the Tigers' blowout of the Demon Deacons. (Unedited due to time constraints)

Dabo Swinney

"Really proud of our team. Probably our most complete game of the season. Great momentum for us going into an open date and the halftime of our season. A lot of confidence in our team. Our goal this week was to put it all together and build on kind of what we did last week. And I definitely thought we did that. Incredible performance by the defense, this is the second total offense team in the league, second in rushing in the league with 244 yards a game. We just controlled the line of scrimmage, I mean, it's just that simple."

"Our guys up front came to play and really executed well. And then they were like seven of 27 or something like that passing less than 100 yards. And that's just a direct reflection of them impacting the line of scrimmage, and you know, so just really proud of our guys, we got another interception. So two weeks in a row, we've got one so hopefully, that's a good trend."

"I'm so pleased with our ability to run the football. That's that's that's what every team dreams of being able to do. To run the ball think we had a school record 11.8 yards per carry three backs that in the first for the first time in Clemson history, 125 yards or more rushing never been done before and six touchdowns at 50 yards or more. That's the one thing that's kind of been consistent in six games we've had we've been really really explosive we can be a little inefficient at times and then bam-- we've just got this explosive play. That's what we didn't have last year. We were very efficient but we weren't very explosive and that's the one consistent thing that we can hang your hat on that we've been able to do and all six games and but and then you throw in the fact that we really have settled in on our run game and you know all those guys breaking big runs I hate Feaster got hurt, he tried to come back."

"Tomorrow we'll celebrate the life of CJ Fuller. And I think it's kind of ironic. I know CJ was smiling down on us. To see us rush the ball for 471 yards and a school record 11.8 per carry, and three running backs, 125 yards or more, I can't help but think CJ was smiling on that to see his guys perform like that, especially in the run game. So just want to continue to lift up the Fuller family."

Jeff Scott

"It's been a very difficult week, today with a heavy heart, we are really thinking about C.J. (Fuller) and his family. Really proud of the way our guys responded. Offensively, running for 471 yards today. I think over the last four games we are averaging about 300 yards rushing per game. I think somebody needs to send that to Desmond Howard so that he can get his facts straight. It's hard to be a finesse group when you rush for 300 yards per game. You'd agree with that, wouldn't you?"

On the wideouts:

"All three 9-men were able to get a touchdown today, so I think that just shows our depth. Really good momentum, we really wanted to finish strong going into the open week. Last year, going to open week we didn't, playing at Syracuse so that was a big focus this week. To finish the second quarter, to empty the tank and then we'll get recharged and get ready for the second half coming up here in two weeks."

Was there a point where it kind of changed for you rushing the football:

"Yeah, it did. We were trying to do some different things and kind of stumped our toe. Obviously, the big thing is that we want to get off to a better start and that's something will continue to work on. It's just a couple things here and there. I think they're on the first drive we had a nice screen, we dropped the ball know had another miscue to kind of keep us from getting to that early start. They're playing two safety defenses, which I think speaks a lot to their respect for our throwing game for our QBs and for our wideouts but playing two safeties, we just got to keep running the ball and thankfully we're able to do that today."

On Lawrence's performance:

"Being a young guy out there and start you know on the road I know he's disappointed by dropping the ball there early, but that's an impressive stat line regardless of who you play and those two touchdown throws that he threw one to Justyn Ross and wanted to Tee Higgins, those were very tight windows and he stood in there and delivered the ball right on the money."
