GREENSBORO, N.C. (theACC.com) – Full tournament packages for the 2019 Atlantic Coast Conference Baseball Championship, scheduled for May 21-26 at Durham Bulls Athletic Park in Durham, North Carolina, are now on sale.

Ticket books for the full tournament are available for $170, which includes tickets to all 15 tournament games, including the championship on Sunday. Also available is a weekend package for $50, which includes both semifinals on Saturday and Sunday’s championship. Fans who purchase either a full tournament package or weekend package will also receive a free ACC Championship Cap.

Both packages are now available on-line at the links below or by phone (919.956.Bull (2855), ext.3).

The Full Tournament Plan will guarantee your seats to every game in May, and include an ACC Championship Cap, all for $170.

The Weekend Plan includes tickets to both semifinal games on Saturday, the title game on Sunday, and an ACC Championship Cap, all for $50.

The sale of single-session tickets – Tuesday-Friday ($16); Saturday ($18); Sunday ($20) – will coincide with the beginning of the sale of Durham Bulls single-game tickets in March.

The 2019 ACC Baseball Championship will again feature 12 teams in a pool play format leading into a four-team, single-elimination bracket to determine the league champion.

The 12 teams in the championship will be grouped into four pools of three teams apiece. Pool play will take place Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with three games per day. Each pool will play a round robin, with the top team advancing to the semifinals. The semifinals will take place on Saturday, followed by the championship on Sunday.

The ACC Baseball Championship annually features many of the nation's top teams and best players. The ACC has had at least six teams earn bids to the NCAA Championship in each of the last 15 years and has had at least one team in the College World Series for 13 consecutive seasons. Last June, the ACC matched a league record with 75 players selected in the 2018 MLB Draft and extended its streak of having at least one player selected in the opening round to 27 consecutive years.

Durham Bulls Athletic Park underwent a $20 million renovation prior to the 2014 season, and has since been recognized as one of the industry’s best venues by Minor League Baseball, Stadium Journey and Ballpark Digest. The stadium features HD video board displays, numerous group picnic areas, and is highlighted by Jackie’s Landing, a 10,000 square foot social space along the first base line. The area, which gives fans a view of Downtown Durham over the stadium, features themed food and beverage stands in an open-air environment.

The ACC Baseball Championship has been held in Durham 11 times previously, including six of the past 10 years. ACC Baseball Championship attendance records for a single game (11,329 in 2013) and a title game (9,759 in 2015) have both been set in Durham.
