Another top 2021 recruit commits to Clemson
Clemson football’s 2021 recruiting class picked up another commit when four-star cornerback Jordan Hancock announced that he was All In via Twitter on Wednesday morning.
Hancock is a 6-foot-1, 170 pound native of Suwannee, GA and standout at North Gwinnett High School. Hancock picked the Tigers after taking an unofficial visit to Clemson on Saturday for its Junior Day.
The nationally ranked No. 6 cornerback by 247Sports has over 40 offers, an astounding 45 to be exact, which includes Alabama, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Notre Dame, Ohio State, etc.
Hancock’s pledge is notable nationally, of course, but also in the state of Georgia because his North Gwinnett teammate Barrett Carter, who was also in Clemson on Saturday, is high on the Tigers recruiting board too.
Will Carter join his teammate? Hancock’s move can only help the Tigers chances of landing the No. 6 linebacker.
With his commitment Hancock becomes the 10th member of Clemson’s No. 2 ranked recruiting class.
