Defensive back/playmaker with LSU ties talks Clemson, recruitment

Travis Etienne came to Clemson from the state of Louisiana and may leave as one of the best to play college football. The Tigers are on the shortlist of another playmaker from the state who hopes to visit the campus soon.

On Monday, Sage Ryan, from Lafayette Christian Academy in Lafayette, LA, included Clemson among his top 10 finalists. The No. 3 athlete and No. 39 overall recruit in the 2021 class, according to 247Sports composite, tweeted a list of Clemson, Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Florida State, LSU, Michigan, Ole Miss, TCU and Tennessee.
