Nick Eason strikes in the Peach State today with Victor Burley’s commitment to the Tigers. Clemson’s recruiting class continued to stay hot-- less than a day after the decommitment from WR Nathaniel Joseph-- the Tigers were back showcasing their prowess on the trail.
The 6’4, 275-pound four-star defensive lineman chose Clemson over Georgia, Michigan State, and Tennessee.
Burley is the 40th overall recruit in the 2023 class, according to the 247Sports Composite. He is also the fourth ranked defensive lineman and checks in at No. 2 in the state of Georgia.

The junior made 54 tackles (14 for loss), five sacks and one forced fumble for state champion Warner Robins.
The Warner Robins, GA native is an elite talent with the versatility to play both inside and out. Burley is also a track athlete specializing in the shot put and discus.
Burley gives Clemson 11 commits in the 2023 class along with Christopher Vizzina, Avieon Terrell, Branden Strozier, David Ojigebe, Ian Reed, Jamal Anderson, Kylen Webb, Noble Johnson, Markus Dixon, and Olsen Patt Henry.
