Clemson in search of running back, may need options at receiver

Clemson has a Top 5 football recruiting class for 2023 but there is still work to be done. The nephew of a former Clemson player could fill the need at running back and an intriguing receiver prospect is open to hearing from the Tigers.

Clemson has an outstanding football recruiting class for 2023. The class is ranked in the top five across all major recruiting sites.

The bulk and strength of the 17-man class are in the defensive line commits. Five-star defensive tackle Peter Woods‍, who broke the hearts of Alabama fans on last Friday night, leads the talented group.

On the offensive side, five-star quarterback Christopher Vizzina‍ is the top recruit followed by Texas offensive lineman Harris Sewell‍.
